Abstract
The current research aimed to verify the Construct Validity of the Tabuk University Student Attitudes Scale towards the use of the Blackboard E-learning management system in distance education and to reveal students' attitudes toward employing the system during the Corona pandemic, using the descriptive and analytical approach by building a trend scale consisting of (39) statements distributed on three dimensions: the trend towards the nature of the Blackboard system in university teaching, the university professor's use of the Blackboard system in university teaching, the obstacles to using the Blackboard system in university teaching, where (430) students participated in it. and a student from the University of Tabuk. And using the confirmatory factor analysis, which gives result in acceptable indicators of the validity of the construction, the results also showed a positive trend among the members of the research sample towards the nature of the system, and towards the university professor’s use of the system, and the presence of obstacles in using the Blackboard system with a medium degree, in light of which the research presented a set of recommendations, most notably the work on increase technical support for students, and finding adequate solutions to the technical problems they face through the Blackboard system.
