Evaluating the Teaching Performance of the Fifth Grade Female Teachers in Light of the Professional Standards of the Islamic Education Female Teachers

Abstract
The study targets the evaluation of the fifth-grade female teachers' performance in the following categories while considering the professional criteria of the Islamic Education Female Teachers (IEFT): Planning, Implementation and Evaluation). The study used an observation card of 56 standard indicators in a descriptive and analytical manner to accomplish these goals. It evaluated 250 female teachers, and it was conducted on a randomly selected sample for the Fifth Grade in Al Madinah Al Munawara of 45 female teachers. The following was identified: the general arithmetic average in the field of planning reached 3.77, followed by the field of implementation, indicating that the performance level (PL) in these areas is significant 3.47. The first dimension's generic arithmetic mean was at 3.89 which was the level of mastery of the scientific material, followed by dedication to using classical Arabic at 3.23. Additionally, the Standards for Applying Modern Trends in Teaching Islamic Education reached 3.56 ranked fourth after the Standards for the Ability to Social Interaction and Positive Motivation at 3.10. PL is average in the evaluation while its arithmetic average achieved 3.35. Additionally, differences resulting from academic background or years of experience in the fields of planning, implementation, and evaluation are not statistically significant. While there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05, which is attributed to the variable of training courses that was in favour of the female teachers who have got the greatest number of courses.
