The Role of the Programs of the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education at Tabuk University in Sustainable Development from the Point of View of the Faculty Members

Abstract
Objectives: The study aimed at revealing the role of the programs of the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education at Tabuk University in sustainable development. The statistical differences between the responses of the members of the study sample about the role and the difficulties faced by these programs are attributed to the variables (type - degree) and to reach some proposals that contribute to the activation of this role. Methods: To achieve the objectives of the study was used descriptive method and was based on the questionnaire as a tool for study, and the community of the study members of the faculty of the Faculty of Education and Literature at the University of Tabuk. The sample of the study was (92) members. The following statistical methods were used: frequencies and percentages, arithmetic mean and standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient, alpha kronbach coefficient, and T test for independent samples. Results: The study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which are: The role of the programs of the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education at the University of Tabuk in sustainable development was average. There are statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample members on the role and difficulties facing their programs due to the variables of the study. Conclusions: The study concluded with some recommendations. The most important of these: taking into account the goals and plans of sustainable development in the development of the programs of the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education.
