The Role of the School Administration in Applying the Code of Behavior and Attendance to Early Childhood School Students in Al-Kharj

Abstract
Objectives: The purpose of the study is to explore the role of the school administration in applying the code of behavior and attendance to early childhood school students in Al-Kharj Governorate as perceived by female principals, deputies, and student counselors. Methods: The study adopted the descriptive survey approach, and the study population consisted of all early childhood school principals, female deputies, and student counselors; totaling (108) (36 principals, 26 deputies and 36 counselors), the study tool was a questionnaire. Results: The study concluded that there is agreement among the study's members, including principals, deputies, and student counselors, about the role of the school administration in implementing the code of conduct and attendance among early childhood school students in Al-Kharj Governorate. There is also agreement among the school personnel to implement the code of behavior and attendance for students in childhood schools in Al-Kharj Governorate. Further, there is neutrality between approval and rejection among the study members regarding the obstacles to applying the code of conduct and attendance among early childhood school students in Al-Kharj Governorate. Conclusions: Based on the findings, the researcher recommends the following: continuous awareness of parents about the importance of monitoring their children's behaviors and addressing negative behaviors. Providing financial and material resources within early childhood schools in Al-Kharj Governorate that will help implement guidance and awareness programs. Enhancing cooperation between the school and the local community and sharing responsibility, which contributes to improving student behavior. Continuous awareness through various media about the importance of adhering to suggestive behaviors inside and outside the school environment.
