Decision Quality among Jordanian Private School Principals

Abstract
Objectives: The study aims to identify the level of decision quality among Jordanian private school principals. Methods: The descriptive, correlation approach was followed. A "questionnaire" was developed that consisted of two parts: the first was demographic variables and the second was areas of decision quality. It was distributed to a sample of (303) male and female principals in the Directorate of Education in the Kasbah of Amman, the University, and Wadi Al-Seer in the Amman Governorate. Results: The study's findings came at a high level of decision quality, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the level of decision quality among private school principals were found due to the gender variable in favor of (males), the academic qualification variable in favor of (postgraduate studies), and the experience variable in favor of (more than 10 years). Conclusions: The study made several recommendations, including Conducting a study on the decision quality of public school principals in Jordan.
