Some Psychological Characteristic Predictable of Sexual Harassment

Abstract
The present study aimed to identify the psychological structure behind the crime of sexual harassment and also to identify the personality pattern and its dynamic micro motor. The study sample consisted of 100students divided into 50 females and 50males aged 18-25.This study uses a multi-faceted personality test to measure each characteristic separately (immoral-psychopathic-aggressive- psychotic disorders) as well as the use of the person's personality list to measure the trait characteristic the self-assessment test translated by Ahmad Abdul khaleq and the Rasmussen self-Assessment Scale Falah Al-Manizel,And a Test to measure the basic phenomenon of the study, sexual harassment by the researcher . The results showed that there was no significant Correlation between males scores in some psychological traits and their degrees of harassment .in addition ,there is a positive and statistically significant correlation between female scores in the (psychopathic,aggressive,psychotic,self-esteem,immoral/neurotic disorders/identity crisis)sexual harassment , in addition to the existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of females and males in ( psychopathic- psychotic- aggression)while there are no differences between females and males in the disorders of immorality-self-esteem-neurosis – identity crisis),and there are differences of statistical significance between female and male average scores in sexual harassment in favor of males ,while sexual harassment of males, and females can bepredicted through their scores in some psychological characteristics .predictability of sexual harassment in males is neurotic, and the predictive ability of sexual harassment in females is aggression.
