Academic Services Management for Distance Learning at Taibah University in Madinah

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the reality of Management of Academic Electronic Services Deanship of Distance Learning at the University of Taibah. Through the study of the level of manpower and technical services. From the perspective of students and faculty members, Using descriptive approach, the study population consisted of 244 students, and 12 members. The study relied on two tools: questionnaire applied to the students, and interviews with faculty members. The study found a range of results, are: -The general level of the Department of Academic Services Deanship of Distance learning at the University was average, from the standpoint of students, and from the point of view of faculty members between absolute most, while focused on the responses of unanimity. -The Manpower level of Deanship of Distance Learning at Taibah University, from the point of view of students was average, with a mean( 3.18). While the views of faculty members came from absolutely most-, while focused on the responses in often. -The level of technical services in the Deanship of Distance Learning at the University Taibah, from the point view of students was average, with a mean( 3.19), while focused on the responses of unanimity. According the results, some recommendations and suggestions were set which may help officials Deanship of Distance Learning in raising the level of provided Academic services.
