The Evaiuation of the Basic Teaching Performance of the Faculty Members of the Faculty of Education At Al-Jouf University From the Viewpoint of the Students

Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the teaching performance of the faculty members of the Faculty of Education at Al-Jouf University from the point of view of the students. The sample of the study consisted of (126) female students of the Faculty of Education in the second semester of the academic year 1437/1438 AH, The study tool consisted of a questionnaire prepared by the researcher consisting of 29 paragraphs divided into three dimensions: the activation of sources of learning and teaching, the use of methods of measurement and evaluation, and influence on female students. The study concluded that the mean of the teaching performance of faculty members in the Faculty of Education reached (3.29) with a medium degree. After the diversity of the sources of learning and education, it was significantly and ranked first with an average of (3.56), And the second place came the field of employing methods of measurement and evaluation with an average of (3.10). The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of students of the Faculty of Education in the reality of teaching performance, There were no statistically significant differences due to the variable of specialization and the variable of the school year.
