Abstract
The current study aimed to explore the obstacles to the implementation of strategic planning in the Private schools of the governorates of North and South Batinah in the Sultanate of Oman. study used a descriptive method also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (76) principals ,Senior Teacher's and supervisors. The findings of the study showed that the degree Obstacles to the implementation of strategic planning in the Private schools of the governorates of North and South Batinah in the Sultanate of Oman for the study was Medium Achieved; Results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the study variables which academic level But there are differences in sex variables and for males, variable experience for more than 10 years, and variable function for supervisors.
