The Degree to which Kindergarten Teachers in Al-Ahsa have Educational Competencies from their Point of View

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree to which kindergarten teachers in Al-Ahsa region possess educational competencies from their point of view in light of the variables of the educational qualification and years of experience for the academic year 1440/1441, to achieve this aim, the study adopted the descriptive approach. A questionnaire consisting of (45) skills distributed on three educational competencies has been prepared. It is the adequacy of planning, adequacy of implementation, and adequacy of evaluation. After testing for validity and reliability, it was applied to a sample of kindergarten teachers with number of (250) female teachers. Results of the study showed that the degree of kindergarten teachers possessing educational competencies ranges between a large degree and a very large degree, the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (alpha=0.05) in the degree of female teachers' acquisition of educational competencies due to the variable of the educational qualification, it also indicated that there were statistically significant differences attributable to the variable of years of experience and in favor of those with more than 10 years of experience.
