The reality of using the tools of the electronic learning management system (Blackboard) in acquiring technological culture among students of Taibah University in KSA

Abstract
The study aimed to know the reality of using the tools of the electronic learning management system (Blackboard) in acquiring technological culture among the students of Taibah University, and the researcher used the descriptive approach, through a questionnaire consisting of (41) tools from the Blackboard system used in the university. The study sample consisted of (300) male and female students from Taibah University, Al-Ula branch, who were randomly chosen in the second semester 1440/1441 A.H. The study concluded that students used the tools of the e-learning management system (Blackboard) that earned them technological culture, with an average of (2, 67) and a percentage (89%). The results also revealed the most used tools in providing students with technological culture, as there were (10) tools for the e-learning management system, with an average (2.79) and a percentage (93%) of those tools. Smart devices, personal page, and chatting programs. The number of tools that are less used in providing students with technological culture reached (10) tools. The arithmetic average reached (2.52) and a percentage (84%). These include interactive video tools, video conferences, and the program of presentations. Introductory. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the use of the tools of the electronic learning management system (Blackboard) for university students due to the gender variable and for the benefit of males, while those differences did not appear according to the variable of academic specialization. The study recommended the need to enhance the technological culture of university students in its other branches, and to circulate the results of this study to Saudi universities to benefit from them. In addition to evaluating the e-learning experience under the Corona pandemic.
