Abstract
This study aims to identify the trends of women leaders on the social mobility of Saudi women in light of the vision of the Kingdom (2030). The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, which is most suitable for research, The researcher also selected a simple random sample (53) single female leadership from the Northern Frontier University, ranging from (30) to (50) years Women leaders include cadres (Dean, Deputy, Head of Department, Deputy Secretary, Director of Administration, and other categories). , In order to suit this tool for the selected sample type, and the study reached through the results: The responses of women leaders on the contribution of human capital development through Education in line with the needs of the labor market in the social mobility of Saudi women in the light of the vision of the Kingdom 2030 was positive and highly appreciated, as well as the responses on employment opportunities for all helps in the social mobility of Saudi women in light of the vision of the Kingdom2030 was positive and highly appreciated, and the responses on job creation for women in small and medium enterprises and small enterprises that help in the social mobility of Saudi women in light of the vision of the Kingdom of 2030 were positive and highly appreciated, The results show that there is no difference in the attitudes of women leaders on the dimensions of social mobility of Saudi women in light of the vision of the Kingdom 2030 according to the variable of age. There is no difference in the attitudes of women leaders on the dimensions of social mobility of Saudi women in view of the vision of the Kingdom 2030 according to the variable staff.
