Impact Training Programs Effectiveness for new Teachers and its Relation to their Performance Improvements as Perceived by Supervisors, Teachers and Principals in Schools at Irbid Governorate

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of the effectiveness of training programs for new teachers and their relationship in improving their performance from the viewpoint of supervisors, administrators and teachers in Irbid governorate schools. The study sample consisted of (500) teachers, supervisors and administrators in the Irbid Governorate Directorate, chosen in a simple random manner, the study used the descriptive approach in the survey method, the study tool consisted of two parts, the first part: the role of the effectiveness of training courses, which included (46) paragraphs distributed on Four areas. As for the second part: the performance of new teachers, it included (36) paragraphs distributed over four areas, and its validity and consistency were verified, and the results showed that the degree of effectiveness of training courses for new teachers from the point of view of supervisors, administrators and teachers in Irbid governorate schools was with a high degree of effectiveness. Differences, as shown by T. Condolences for the gender variable in favor of females in the role of the effectiveness of training courses for new teachers and the absence of differences due to the variable qualification scientific and job title, as it showed a high degree in the performance of new teachers, and also showed the absence of differences in the performance of new teachers according to the gender variable and job title, and showed differences in The performance of new teachers according to the variable in the educational qualification in favor of a bachelor, and the presence of a positive and statistically significant relationship between the role of the effectiveness of training courses for new teachers in schools in the governorate of Irbid and the degree of their performance from the point of view of supervisors, administrators and teachers. The study recommended the necessity of commitment by The Ministry of Education to give training courses for new teachers.
