Abstract
This study aimed at identifying how much the electronic learning resources are invested in the context of distance teaching during Corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic in the postgraduate faculty in the Arab American University. To achieve this aim; some questions were designed and asked to a focus group that consisted of (2) university teachers, and (9) students of the doctoral of educational administration program in the Arab American University. The results of the study showed the importance of the training that the university teachers underwent in facilitating the shift from face-to-face teaching into a virtual teaching environment. They confirmed that students' lack of training on dealing with the electronic learning resources made it difficult for them to do so. And some students pointed out that taking lectures virtually from their homes caused a great psychological pressure on them, due to the readiness that this process needs, in addition to obliging all the household- especially the young kids- to be aware of the seriousness of the ongoing lecture. The main recommendation of the study is to take into consideration the importance of social communication, that is mainly present in in-person teaching when all elements of the teaching process including teachers and students are present, due to its importance in conveying feelings and social communication.
