Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of organizational Identification among government high school teachers in Buraidah from their point of view, and to see whether there are statistically significant differences between the average sample responses attributable to the study variables: (years of experience, training courses), and provide proposals that contribute to improving the level of organizational Identification of the parameters. In order to achieve the goals of the study, I adopted the descriptive approach (surveying) and using the scale he developed (Johnson, Hemberg, 1999) to measure organizational Identification in its three dimensions (membership, organizational loyalty, similarity), and the sample consisted of (296) a teacher from government high school teachers They were chosen in a simple random manner, and the study reached the following results: that the level of organizational symmetry with its three dimensions among government secondary school teachers in Buraidah came with a medium degree, and the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributable to the study variables.
