Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the awareness degree of special education teachers about the extent of using instructional technology in the teaching process of special needs students in Amman in light of qualification variable (Bachelor, graduate) using the descriptive survey method. The study sample consisted of (112) male and female teachers of special needs education who were chosen randomly in the second semester of the year 2020/2021. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study tool was designed, and the validity and the reliability were verified. The results of the study indicated that the level of awareness among teachers was found "high", as well as statistically significant differences attributable to the scientific qualification variable (Bachelor, Graduate) In favor of postgraduate studies.
